Today Nintendo released Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete today! The initial release date was planned for 3 December, but Nintendo decided to release it early:

We will start releasing Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete on Dec. 2, 2024 (UTC), a day earlier than previously announced, to have it available globally by Dec. 3.
- Depending on your region, you may be able to download/install it before Dec. 3rd.
