GracieGrace is an upscale clothing and furniture store owned by Gracie in Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It is operated by Labelle in City Folk and Gracie in New Leaf, and it offers exclusive clothing and furniture series for high prices.
Appearances
In City Folk
In Animal Crossing: City Folk, GracieGrace appears in the city and is operated by Labelle. The store sells exclusive clothing items alongside the items from the Gracie Series, Gorgeous Series, Princess Series, and Sweets Series. Each day, the store sells 23 items: seven tops, three pieces of headgear or accessories, one umbrella, and a complete furniture series consisting of 10 furniture items and a wallpaper and carpet.
Like the Able Sisters, the clothing sold at GracieGrace is seasonal. The furniture series for sale changes each season as well: the Princess Series is available in spring, the Gracie Series in summer, the Sweets Series in fall, and the Gorgeous Series in winter. Additionally, there are sales held in the latter half of January, April, July, and October—the last month of each season. From the 15th to the 20th of each of these months, all items are 20% off and seven items are sold out; from the 21st to the 25th, all items are 30% and 10 items are sold out; and from the 26th to the end of the month, all items are 50% off and 14 items are sold out.
Occasionally, Gracie visits the store and can perform a fashion check on the player, grading their current clothing, hairstyle, and shoes. If the player passes the fashion check, Gracie gives them a 10% discount on all purchases until they leave the store.
GracieGrace is one of two places where the shopping card and gold card can be used to purchase items with funds from the player's savings account, alongside the auction house.

In New Leaf
In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, GracieGrace is operated solely by Gracie and is located on the third floor of T&T Emporium, the final upgrade to Timmy and Tommy's store. To unlock both, the player must pass four of Gracie's fashion checks when she visits town, spend 100,000 Bells at T.I.Y., and have at least 30 days pass since T.I.Y.'s opening. The first time the player buys an item from GracieGrace, Gracie gives them a mannequin.
Like in City Folk, GracieGrace sells exclusive clothing and items from the Gracie Series, Gorgeous Series, Princess Series, and Sweets Series.
Sales are held in the latter half of February, May, August, and November—the last month of each season. From the 15th to the 20th of each of these months, items are 20% off; from the 21st to the 25th, items are 30% off; and from the 26th to the end of the month, items are 50% off. Each day, more items are sold out. During the entire sale period, exclusive items, including the items from the Card Series, the wedding cake furniture item, and exclusive clothing items are sold alongside the store's usual stock; exclusive items occupy the item slots on the right half of the store. However, the sale-exclusive items are not discounted. If the in-game clock is not in sync with the Nintendo 3DS system clock, all discounted items will be sold out, with Gracie telling the player, "We're holding a sale now, but you snoozed, so you lost. All of our sale items have sold out for the day!".
